Another exposure to be proud of
Being an ordinary student from a province, one would really feel that being seen on television is an experience that could not be paid and replaced. How much more if you’re not only a mere spectator, but as someone as the source of information and reaction.
This was what I felt when I was featured many times in the regional tv because of what I’ve shouted during the visit of ABS-CBN to Dumaguete last months ago, endorsing their advocacy called “Boto Mo, Ipatrol Mo (Ako ang Simula)” that encourages the youth to get involve and be responsible voters this coming 2010 election.
This morning is another tv exposure, but this time it’s live in ANC (ABS-CBN News Channel), and a respected reporter not only in Cebu, but in the whole Philippines interviewed me. He is Mr. Rico Lucena.
Wow, those moments make me proud of my self. My dream of being seen on tv is slowly coming true, and I will continue believing that those are the first steps of achieving my ultimate ambition—to be a news caster in the country.
