Away from home, expect that you’ll be with another group with different mind-sets. And you have to get along with them whether you like it or not because they are the ones you can immediately turn to.

What we show in our home, school, boarding house, to other private and public places may be different, but sometimes we prefer to show a singular identity.

But we discovered an attitude we didn’t expect that someone possesses. It comes out when one evening we had a birthday celebration. Though I was not the one directly affected, but it changed the way of our treatment to the person.

More incidents followed on the next days which made our emotions boil. Very mad, we can’t take the person’s insensitivity anymore, so we confronted and had an open forum.

Honestly, it took weeks before I get recovered to restore what we had before. Now, I’m totally fine. I still thank everything that happened because it proved the real she.
