Dirty
That’s how I describe the incident I and Nadine witnessed right before our very eyes after the press conference at a famous place, last night. It was plainly bribery.
I can hardly breathe. I was very disappointed. I’m mad until now at that national candidate. I lost a percent of respect to those who received that envelope who are as well some of the people I looked up to.
Just the way he speaks, I can say that that politician is arrogant. I then discovered he is a confident type because of the “delights” he gives to the listeners, even if he’s not sure that they [people] have no intention of voting him.
Why are they doing that? Why do they need to involve money? He’s not yet in the position but he acts like he is there sitting already. With what his party shown to us I’m sure, he’ll NOT become an EFFECTIVE leader though he has been serving other government departments and offices for many years. I am very certain that he’ll be one of those CORRUPTS in politics.
If I can only voice out your name to everyone, I will really do it. But because I still left a small amount of respect to you as a politician and as my elder, for now I’m telling this to my closests only.
But don’t expect me to give my vote to you. What had happened will never be erased in my head.
Though some seniors may say that it’s normal during election period and tolerable to receive whatever is given, still, they have toned down my trust, respect and positive appraisal to them. I’m sorry.
