Bonjour chérie

...You're now inside the world of the optimistic

...So explore, feel free to read and interact

...Thanks. Have a great day!

Is this sure?

(UNEDITED)

My course mates informed me one interesting fact this morning, but I don’t know if I’ll be grateful with this or not—our yearbook pictures are now available.

Sealed in a short brown envelope, I can see in their faces the happiness upon receiving it. I was also glad watching at the extra poses in colorful attires, and the 1x1 & 2x2 pictures. But I felt the bliss when I saw their pictures wearing togas.

I’m happy for them. But in my part, I became hesitant to get my photos because there is no assurance yet. The road to walk is too far to reach; the pressure, the bulk of work is put on our shoulders, and we haven’t completed the requirements for the midterm yet.

I don’t want to even take a glance at my yearbook picture. I can’t feel that I am graduating this March, or am I really graduating? This time, I lost my optimism because I’m not confident to march to the stage where the diploma waits to be claimed, or shall I call it, my diploma.

By the afternoon, almost all of the seniors have got their pictures already. I was doubtful to claim mine. I don’t want to see it. I’m not ready yet. But I have no choice, so I just claimed it by 5:00pm.

The days ahead are uncertain, but we are slowly walking through March to march, hopefully. I can’t just imagine that I’m now in the last year, because yesterday feels like I was attending my first day in college.

Nevertheless, I should be thankful that I’ve taken a foot on this stage. I hope to make a step higher in the arena of life.
