I agree on this line from a book I read last night. Definitely true that we can’t stop our minds from thinking, talking, watching, complaining, and etcetera. The brain keeps on working. If it can only run, it continues running until it reaches the road of no end.

The brain controls our actions and emotions. It is more important and powerful than the heart. It is our central commander. So if I were you, I will let my head rule over my heart. I will let reason and decision rule over feeling. Don’t be a slave of your own emotion, you are only slain by it little by little until giving up will be considered the best solution.
