A glimpse of Spain
We’ve attended two meetings in Arabic already, without knowing that our names are not included in the official list of students in the section. But t’was written in our load slip—the big MC 143 ARABIC-A (4-5:30/TTh). It was traced by the teacher that’s why this afternoon, we are transferred to Spanish with a pure Spanish Professor in the name of Jose Maria Uribe.
I feel relieved for I really don’t like Arabic. At least I am more interested to my new foreign language compared to the previous.
I’ve heard that our soon to be professor is young. They say he’s good-looking, so I am also excited to see his Spanish appearance.
Moreover, I’m excited to learn the Castilian language. It will already be an accomplishment to memorize a straight two or three-stanza Spanish poem. I’m excited to speak “Adios”, “Me Amiga”, “Buenos Tardes”, and more. I can’t wait to attend the first Spanish class. I can't wait to be in Spain thrice a week. Wheeeeeh!
