explore my optimistic world

I was at the boulevard last night, together with two other friends. But a rare occurrence was observed. While the water is calm, we didn’t feel the wind blowing along the magnificent surroundings. I stayed at the place for countless times already but it was the first occasion to have encountered that. I was really surprised. But after 20 minutes, we felt the good wind started blowing. Finally we felt the atmosphere of the boulevard.

While another scene present during that night was the horizontal lightning above the island of fire. Wow, what a great work of nature. It was extraordinary!

When you’re at the boulevard, you’ll really feel the serenity and see magnificent sights. Nothing can beat the Rizal Boulevard of Dumaguete.
