Early vista
Yesterday, I had the occasion of spending the night at one of the famous hotels here in Dumaguete. And it was a good experience! At least, I haven’t only seen the place, but lived there also (for a short time).
I woke up at 5:00 am and went to the viewing deck of the fourth floor. Wow, I love the wind, the scene at the boulevard, the elderly people exercising, the young ones who were sitting, the sea vessels with cargoes, the silent sea, the little lighted stars in huge trees, the street which is getting busy as vehicles come its way, the voice of nature.
It was a pleasant setting. I sat for a while and called mama to have a look of what I saw. We had the same reaction, it was a great ‘wow!’ but she did not resist the cold, so she just went out immediately. But for us, it was really a nice feeling fronting a picturesque environment.
