June, a special month for me because of a particular occasion—my birthday!

Finally, I will be 18 on June 18. Another episode of my adventurous story will be opened, additional cast of characters that will rule and give color to my world, more challenges that might led me to happiness or sorrow.

In that long years of being into this life—made from the cold place of Canla-on, born under a constructed bridge in Vallehermoso, raised in a noisy and populated sitio of San Juan in La Libertad, sent in good schools, educated with good values, filled with love and care from family and friends, I would say that it was “the best”!

I only asked simple things from God, but He gave me much more than what I expected. He makes my everyday a happy day through the presence of people I have now.

For 17 years, I’ve been blessed.I don’t know how my life becomes as good as this. I never thought I reach as far as where I am now. I don’t know how I’ve grown up from being a typical “silent and shy” girl to a “noisy and confident” lady. I don’t know how it all happened. The things I thought I can never do are the things I possibly do now. These are just few of life's realities that I can hardly explain.

But all I feel now is that, I’m very much thankful! Thankful for everything—good and bad, from the start until this time that I’m enjoying the best moments of my life.

I could not wish more but a better future for my self and my family, and to make all people I love, happy as they did to me always.

My life has become meaningful because you're all there!
